The location of the villa is outstanding. It was a nice quiet location, with lots of privacy. The views are fabulous. Access to the water and amenities was very convenient. The home itself is beautiful, and in very good condition. Everything was in good working order (minor noise from the dishwasher door when it was opened). It was extremely comfortable, and was like being at home with the addition of the Atlantic Ocean in the front and back yards. The home is obviously well maintained by the owners.
